These wonderful shell earrings feature traditional, turquoise, mother of pearl and spiney oyster mosaic inlay over a thin spiney oyster shell. Turquoise is plentiful in the Southwest USA and has been used for bead and mosaic work by the Southwestern indigenous people for more than 1000 years.
