Kiva Trading Company offers the following Returns Policy:
We know it's hard to select handmade items without seeing them first-hand. We pre-screen all our items, checking for construction flaws and other problems before you have to, but if you find something wrong with your new item, or just don't like it, just return it to us securely packaged, insured in sale-able, original condition within 7 days, we'll refund your purchase price, no problems. If it shows a defect -- not a tooling mark or common sign of hand-work, but a legitimate defect, we'll also refund your shipping cost! For items damaged, we can provide full repair services. An email request is needed for any return authorization, and your item is carefully inspected to determine the best approach and least expensive repair.
